Erica's Bridal Portraits OBX--Northeastern NC Photographer

I have been not so patiently waiting to share with you guys Erica's bridal portraits for close to 1 month now. She just tied the knot to my handsome brother in law, Will, this past weekend in a beautiful church wedding complete with burlap and lace details...It had the perfect amount of southern flair. Erica, her mom, and best friend Jessica, all traveled to the OBX for her bridal session. Anybody who knows Erica...knows that she is modest and doesn't care for all the attention to be on her but rather on someone else. But this day was all about her and it was IMPOSSIBLE not to have all the attention on her. Any girl in a wedding dress is bound to turn heads..but put THIS girl in a wedding dress walking around.. and we are getting whistled at, yelled at, honked at, and almost drooled on (yes drooled on). People were yelling "Congrats".."WOW".. and bless her heart she just blushed like a fire engine. The fisherman on Jennette's pier sure did get a good show too because I had her swishing and twirling in the middle of the pier. Needless to say.. there wasn't a lot of fishing going on at that point :) hehe. Below are the highlights from her session......Enjoy!

I will be posting some more soon of Erica getting all dolled up for her big day....So keep checkin back :) ....and to see Erica and Will's engagement session click Here

Getting ready for the big day--Caitlin--Northeastern NC Photographer

Caitlin and Timmie tied the knot June 1st in Roanoke Rapids, NC. The getting ready process started at her to be mother in law's salon...which has the cutest black and white tile floors and awesome window light. Caitlin is my sister in law and I was pretty excited to be able to document the getting ready process for her. Her dress was gorgeous with intricate little flowers lined with beading and whispy fabric.. that made for a pretty romantic and stellar dress. No southern wedding is complete without duct tape being used somewhere in it...even behind the scenes.. and this southern wedding was no exception. She had pearls and a handkerchief that was her grandmothers...everything about this wedding was pure Caitlin style. Caitlin's wedding ceremony down by the pond and reception was covered by Kelly Parnell and Jessica Pulley.
